Proof approval is required prior to production on all orders to insure accuracy of the imprint.
Artwork changes or cancellation will incur a $75.00 fee once art is prepared for production.
Order cannot be cancelled once imprint production or processing has begun.
All claims of damaged goods or defective product must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Printed orders are returnable only on defective merchandise and require advance authorization from the factory. A return authorization number must be obtained from the factory and must appear on the outside of the carton.
Unimprinted merchandise returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.
